Andrew will arrange to meet you at the home, building, or property. It takes anywhere from one to two hours (generally about 15 to 20 minutes per 1000 square feet) to complete the 3D virtual walkthrough scan, (you don't need to be present) depending on the size and layout. The property should be fully staged, just as if you were going to call us in to take traditional photographs of the home, building, or property. Once complete, it can take anywhere from 6 – 24 hours to process the data and create the model. If you would like us to remove still photographs from the project, expect a 24 – 48 hour turnaround time, for the photos. 12-24 hours for the virtual tour.
